The apartment is 35m², no smoking, sleeps up to four people and includes:

- bedroom with double bed, kitsch wallpaper, stone floor, a duck and a parrot (see photos!).

- bathroom with shower.

- kitchen with refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...

- living room with original parquet floor, working fireplace, flatscreen TV, surround-sound Blu-ray system (also plays DVDs and CDs), iPod dock, large sofa (also a sofabed), plants, character, pzazz... and glow-in-the-dark wallpaper on one wall (don't worry, it's phosphor free and completely safe).

- Eco-friendly. All our electricity comes from renewable sources.

- Bright, with three large windows that look out onto a quiet street.

- Double glazing and central heating.

- Free broadband Internet access (you'll need your own laptop).

The nearest métro station is Jacques Bonsergent, one stop from République (with access to five different métro lines) and within easy walking distance of Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord (Eurostar, Thalys, airports...)
